Nourish bowls are an easy way to help create a balanced plate of food, to ensure that grains, veg, protein, healthy fats and flavour are all present in your meal.

They are another useful way to support your gut health by including a variety of ingredients – the variety will definitely boost you towards eating the suggested 30 different types of plant-based foods in a week.

Occasionally we like to keep a track of how many different types of plant-based foods we’ve eaten in a week. Why not try it yourself? It really makes you think about variety and certainly tells you if you are stuck in a bland fruit and veg rut.
