Serves 1

Ingredients
30g of oats
½ avocado
30g of fresh spinach leaves
1 banana
15g of pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. of almond butter
350ml of almond milk

Method

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Then enjoy the avocado almond smoothie with a bamboo straw.
