A fruity breakfast acai and cherry smoothie bowl to start the day. Smoothie bowls are a great way to put extra vibrant goodness into your day.
- ½ cup scoop-able frozen acai
- 2 bananas, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 4 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- 1cm chunk of fresh ginger
- Cashew butter
- Coconut yoghurt
- Sliced fig
- Dark chocolate chunks
- Melted dark chocolate drizzle
- Add all the smoothie ingredients to your main Vitamix on a low setting – blend until thick and smooth.
- Then scoop into a coconut bowl, layer over the toppings and enjoy!
